Contribution on the human and environmental impacts of cobalt and copper extraction in the Democratic Republic of Congo in the context of the energy transition. The contribution documents toxic water pollution, exploitation of workers, and harm suffered by communities living near industrial mines. This submission contributed to the report of the Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of human rights in the context of climate change, Elisa Morgera.

Contribution on integrating a human rights-based approach into the implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, feeding into the analytical study by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. The contribution specifically analyses the Congolese experience (Republic of Congo). The final report (A/HRC/61/36) was presented at the 61st session of the Human Rights Council.
