The User represents and warrants that they provide accurate and up-to-date information, in particular their identity and contact details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cPersonal Data\u201d: as defined in Article 4 of the GDPR, any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (the \u201cData Subject\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cApplicable Regulations\u201d: all rules applicable to the Users and the Site, including the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (\u201cInformatique et Libert\u00e9s\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cUser\u201d or \u201cClient\u201d: Any natural person accessing the Site, on their own behalf or on behalf of a third party, whether a mere visitor, client, or prospect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>III \u2013 PURPOSES OF PROCESSING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These data may be processed by the following processors :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">WordPress, the platform used to manage the site, hosted on servers located within the European Union and compliant with GDPR requirements;\nGoogle, based in the United States, with which Standard Contractual Clauses have been agreed.\nThe User consents to the aforementioned processors processing the data they submit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In any event, DBCR Law Firm urges Users to limit the content of messages sent via insufficiently secure means to the strict minimum necessary, in order to protect professional secrecy and their personal data. Likewise, Users are responsible for the accuracy and substance of the information they themselves transmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WordPress provides the platform used to present our services. The most recent version is binding on all Users.
