Client: any professional or natural person with legal capacity within the meaning of Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or any legal entity, who visits the Site subject to these general terms and conditions.

Services and Offerings: through the website https://dbcr-avocat.fr/ , the DBCR firm provides users with information regarding the services offered and related activities, as well as contact methods to benefit from them or to obtain further information.

Content: All the elements that make up the information available on the Site, including but not limited to texts, images, and videos.

Client Information: Hereinafter referred to as “Information,” meaning all personal data that may be held by the DBCR firm for the management of client relationships and the communication of information to clients or prospective clients.

The hosting provider ensures the continuity of its service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, it reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible periods, in particular for maintenance, to improve its infrastructure, in the event of infrastructure failure, or if the Services generate traffic deemed abnormal.

DBCR Law Firm and the hosting provider shall not be held liable in the event of malfunctions of the Internet network, telephone lines, or computer and telephony equipment, including in particular network congestion preventing access to the server.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INFRINGEMENT

DBCR Law Firm owns the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use over all elements accessible on the website—including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, and sounds—subject to content belonging to the WordPress platform.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the site’s elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of a responsible officer.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its contents will be deemed an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

DBCR Law Firm acts as the publisher of the site. Me Drusilla Bret-Cunynghame-Robertson is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the content published.

DBCR Law Firm cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the DBCR Law Firm website, whether resulting from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications set out in section 4, or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.

MEDIATION, GOVERNING LAW, AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute relating to use of the site shall be governed by French law. Save where mandatory law provides otherwise, exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts of Paris.
